These terms govern your use of the Upstate NY Backflow, LLC website and services.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are based on the information you provide and a site visit when applicable. Final pricing may vary based on conditions discovered during the work. We will always confirm any change in scope before proceeding.
Scheduling
Appointment windows are approximate. We do our best to arrive within the promised window and will call ahead if we are running late.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranty
Parts carry the manufacturer warranty. Our workmanship is warrantied for one year from the date of service on residential work unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service performed. We are not liable for pre existing conditions or damage that could not reasonably be identified before work began.
Water Authority reporting
When your backflow device passes inspection, we submit the passing report to your local Water Authority as a courtesy. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the Water Authority's own processes.
